2. Prohibited Content

You must not use VidoMuse to generate, upload, distribute, or share any of the following types of content:

  • NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content: Including but not limited to explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, or adult-oriented material of any kind
  • Sexually explicit or suggestive content: Nudity, partial nudity, or content that depicts sexual acts or suggests sexual content
  • Violence and gore: Graphic violence, excessive blood, dismemberment, or content that glorifies violence
  • Hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Harassment and bullying: Content that targets, intimidates, degrades, or threatens specific individuals
  • Child exploitation: Any content that exploits or harms minors in any way
  • Illegal activities: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities
  • Deceptive content: Deepfakes, misinformation, or content designed to mislead or defraud others
  • Intellectual property violations: Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Malware or harmful code: Content designed to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to systems

3. Content Moderation

VidoMuse uses automated content moderation to screen all prompts before processing. Our moderation system analyzes submitted text to ensure compliance with this policy. Content that is flagged or denied by our moderation system will not be processed.

  • Flagged content: Will be reviewed and may be allowed with restrictions
  • Denied content: Will not be processed and the user will be notified

4. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the prohibited content types listed above, you must not use our platform to:

  • Generate content that impersonates real individuals without their consent
  • Create misleading or fraudulent content intended to deceive
  • Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to disable our content moderation systems
  • Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to overwhelm or abuse our infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization
  • Use the service to generate content for competing AI training datasets without authorization

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user of VidoMuse, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all content you generate complies with this policy
  • Obtaining necessary rights and consents for any reference materials you use
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Using generated content responsibly and ethically
  • Reporting any violations of this policy that you become aware of

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Warning and request to remove prohibited content
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
